Shipping and returns for agarwood orders

Dispatch parameters, courier steps, customs responsibilities, and return criteria for Indonesian agarwood consignments shipped abroad.

Orders to Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and other global destinations are routed through accredited carriers. Dispatch timelines are confirmed at checkout or in your order confirmation email.

Each consignment is prepared for export and declared to the destination country. Buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and any customs requirements in their country. We do not guarantee export clearance or delivery times set by customs authorities.

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting the store. Once a consignment has left our hands, cancellation is no longer possible and the order follows the return criteria below.

Returns are considered only for sealed goods in their original packaging. Every returned item is inspected on receipt before any refund decision is made. Opened or damaged goods are not eligible.
